How to change the director of the company?
Procedure for change in directors:

In either of the cases of resignation or appointment, the related organization is needed to submit a duplicate copy of the resolution taken in a Board meeting or General meeting of investors, alongside the Form DIR-12 to the concerned ROC, within 30 days from the impact of the goal.
