Tax and agreement exclusions

Who is qualified to register a Section 8 company?
Anyone or a group of people who want to form a limited liability company with an intent of no profit sharing may apply for company registration or company formation under Section 8.
Now, Section 8 company can be incorporated like any other company by reserving the name, followed by online submission of incorporation form to the Registrar of Companies.
